    SUBMERSIBLE (NON CLOG) SEWAGE PUMPS
    .Flowmore now offers a most complete line of Submersible Sewage / Trash pumps to meet practically all applications from 3.70 KW to 300 KW sizes These pumps are available in standard Non-clog, Centrifugal construction as also Mixed-flow design to accommodate solids-handling, sludge, slurries and raw sewage for muncipal and industrail applications
    Flowmore pumps have been equipped with heavy-duty, reliable and long-life submersible squirrel-cage induction motors with explosion hazardous locations. Special construction eliminates local heating of the motors alongwith various protections for : single-phasing: instantaneous power supply cut-off in case of seal failure; undue heating of the motor windings and bearings; protection against reverse-rotation due to any change in the supply phase, under-voltage, over-voltage; dry-run etc. Insulation class 'F' shafts are one-piece and robust in stainless steel and two heavy-duty long-life mechanical seals in tandem protect any water entering the motor. The exculsive design of the seals with oil-lubrication minimises the possibility of seal failure to the utmost.
    Three heavy-duty greased-for-life bearings support to shaft alongwith motor-rotor and pump-impeller.
    The solids- handling pump features 2-vane Non-clog type impeller allowing free flow of solids.
    Control - Panel : The control panel with various protective devices and suitable switch-gear has individual LED lights to indicate the location of fault. An alarm annunciation may also be provided, if so desired. An Hour-meter to record hours of pump working may also be provided. The pump is connected to Control Panel through suitable size submersible power and control cables. The cable entriesinto the pump-motor are double sealed so that no moisture can enter inside.
    Flowmore Submersiable Sewage pumps are available both for portable use on stand-alone stools or for permanent installations, to be lowered alongwith Guide-rails on to the base-elbow. The exclusive vertical knifing action design of the Auto-coupling secures a leak-preventive connection. There shall be no need for any personnel to enter the wet-well.The pump can just be pulled out for any attention.
